- I am just your average girl who is seeking out an active and healthy lifestyle. I may not be an expert on everything, but I know what works for me, and I am constantly seeking out new knowledge of how to stay fit. Working out for me is more than a physical activity. It is a mental stress relief and a coping strategy. Being 1/4 Italian, with a mix in of Spanish and Protégées, I gotta get my energy out somehow. During the day I may be a therapist, but during the evenings, is my own therapeutic session of exercising and teaching aerobic classes. Gotta love life.
